How to reset password
- On the website login page, select “Forgot Your Password?”
- Enter your email address, complete the reCAPTCHA prompt, then select “Reset password”.
- An email containing a unique reset link will be sent to the email address you provided. Within the email, click the button “Reset your password”.
- You are next brought to a page with the option to enter a new password and confirm the new password. Then click “Change password”.
- A confirmation notice will appear on the page following submission, and you will be prompted to log in with your email and new password.
How to renew membership
All ALT Network Directory listings are included as part of an annual membership package. If you do not renew your membership, your profile will be removed from the Network Directory and you will not be eligible for any ALT Network benefits or opportunities. To renew your membership, follow the steps below.
